Q. Why do I get an error when trying to upload a picture?
A.This is mostly likely because your picture is too big. An ideal file size is less than or equal to 640 x 480 pixels in size and smaller than 75K. You can find this by hovering your cursor over the picture in its location on your harddrive.
Q. Why is my username shortened?
A.This is mostly likely because your username exceed 16 characters.
Q. Contact details?
A.Please ensure that your profile email address is a current one. If we try to contact you and there is a failure, Trans-Ville reserve the right to delete that profile ID.
Q.How do I cancel my PayPal subscription?
A.It is up to you the user to go to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription. Go HERE and click the cancel link.
Q. Why has my profile been deleted?
A. Mostly likely you did not upload an admin approved picture.
Q. Is posting a picture necessary in order for me to sign up?
A. No, but you will not be able to use and participate in some of the sites great features. By going to SignUp, you will see the member options.
Q. Will posting a picture result in it remaining on your site forever?
A. No, deleting is permitted at any time.
Q. How can I remove any of my images once they are uploaded?
A. There is a link named "upload picture" in the member menu, and, upon clicking it, youll get a button for deleting your picture.
Q. What does "Queued" mean, when talking about my pictures status?
A. The usual reason is that your picture is still waiting for approval or rejection. It is also possible that your email is address does not appear to be valid. Please contact us if you think this may be the case.
Q. What does "Disabled" mean, when talking about my pictures status?
A. That means that your picture has been rejected as it does not follow our Image Rules.
Q. Why has my picture been rejected?
A. See the upload picture page for the Latest Rules. If you comply to all those rules but it still can't get approval, then probably it's under the suspicion of being a stolen or otherwise not legitimate picture. Contact us in order to clarify things.
Q. Someone has stolen my picture! What can I do?
A. Please use the "report image" link below the picture to send a notification to the admin. | |
